Our shipping charges are :
Rs 40 for prepaid order
Rs 69 for Cash on delivery order.
Shipping charges are same for any pincode in India. Even for Zone E ( Mizoram , A.P , Assam , J & K )
Note : These shipping charges are per order (not per book). We have clarified this because many customers ask us this question.
We have a 7 days return policy in case the book is damaged or not in the mentioned condition.
New: These are new books which have been purchased from publishers and authors.
Used - Like New: These are books which have been read previously or are excess stock from bookshops and publishers. These books will have:
No pen and pencil marks
No yellow or dirty pages
No physical damage
Intact front and back covers
Intact dust jacket and cover in case of HardcoversAccessories (if any)
User - Very Good: These are the books which have have been sourced from book lovers and are in very good condition.
Used - Good: They may have signs of ageing but will be in pretty good condition. These books will have:
Visible wrinkles on covers
Name and other minor markings inside
Yellow pages and folded corners
A few wrinkled pages inside
Damaged or no dust jacket in case of hardcovers
Readable: These are the warriors who have withered the storm. These books may be old and have visible wear and tear signs. These books will have:
Visible wrinkles on book and inside
Minor tear in a few pages but has all the pages
Name and other markings Dark and yellowish pages
Damages spine Damaged front and back cover
Note - If the order is not dispatched within two days of ordering, you can cancel your order and refund will be transferred on the same day (working days only).

- If the seller is not able to dispatch on time the order will be automatically cancelled.
- There are no charges on return pickup.
- Return is only avaiable if the product is damaged.
Return / Replacement policy
Item will be returned only when any book is damaged. We verify the book before sending so that you don't face any problem.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
